I am passionate about using teaching to translate rigorus and nuance research from mupltiple angle to help students engate deeply and link these findings to the real world.
I have strong experience teaching students with a wide range of backgrounds, experience, and prior exposure to course topics. As the Head Teaching Fellow for Labor Economics at Harvard Summer School and a teaching fellow for the first year Strategy course, I have taught both in person and virtually to classes that included undergraduates, graduate students, accelerated high-school students, and nontraditional students.

"Ana was warm and engaging. She broke down the material in a way that was easier for me to understand. She took time to go through equations, and she gave relevant examples of the concepts discussed in class. [S]he is very knowledgeable and clearly a content–area expert. She was very patient even for those of us who were new to the field. THANK YOU!!! **PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE**"
"She was available outside of class time to discuss research project ideas, give feedback on problem sets, and help with the midterm. She did an amazing job and was extremely kind. I cannot give her any higher complements. I appreciate her interest in the course and helping teach us labor economics over the summer."
"She did everything perfectly. She, along with other responsibilities as researcher, was really helpful."

"Ana led the sections in a way that made the course material very clear. She also always answered all of my questions and helped me understand the harder part of the syllabus."
"Ana is amazing. She managed to reinforce the concepts we learnt in class, explain things that were not covered in sections."
"Ana's detailed explanations of the empirical methods taught in the main lectures made it very easy to attempt the assignments. She is also incredibly kind and helpful!"
